Aur friends, aise mein fit rahne ke liye Ghanto (Hours) Gym mein paseena bahate hai. Par friends, mai aapko ek baat bata du ki, aajkal iss duniya mein Gym mein jaakar Paseena bahana har kisi ke liye Sambhav nahi hai. Par friends, hume fit rahna bhi bahuti hi jaruri hai.

Aur friends, aapko pata hi hoga ki, aaj ki Lifestyle bahuti hi Stress bhari ho rahi hai. To friends, agar aap Gym mein exercise nahi kar paate to aapko pura din Energy se bharpur rahna Namumkin (Impossible) hai. friends, agar aap Workout ke baad cherry khaate ho to aapke sehat ke liye bahuti hi healthy aur achha hoga. Aur kya aapko pata hai ki, cherry mein Antioxident bharpur hota hai. so friends, aap Workout ke baad Cherry jarur khaana chahiye.

 

 

3:-  Dry Fruits.

Friends, agar aap apni Fitness ko lekar kaafi serious hai, to aapko apni Diet mein Dry fruits   shamil karna chahiye. Jaise ki, Kaaju, Badaam etc. yeh dry fruits aapko shaamil karna chahiye. Aur yeh hume Workout karne ke baad hume iss Dry Fruits ka sevan karna chahiye.

 

4:- Brown Rice.

Friends, agar aap abtak aap safed (White) chawal khaate the, to friends, an aap apne Chawal (Rice) ko Brown Rice se badal dijiye, aur friends, kya aapko pata hai ki,  Brown Rice na Sirf Antioxident ka ek achhha Source hai, aur friends Brown Rice se Fiber bhi paya jata hai. to aap isse bhi jarur try kijiye.

 

5:- Sandwich.

 friends, sandwich mein kam calories hoti hai, aur Sandwich mein High Protein paaya jata hai. jo friends, aapke health ke liye achhi maani jaati hai. aur friends, sandwich bharne ke liye jyaada se jyaada vegetabels ka use kare.

 

6:- Deshi Ghee.

Friends, kai logo ko lagta hai ki Deshi khaane se wo mothe ho jaayenge. Aur friends, aise log Deshi Ghee khaana chhod dete hai, jo ki galta hai. jo Workout karte hai unn bhai logo ko din mein kam se kame k chammach Deshi Ghee jarur khaan chaahiye.
